Maniac Manor

Scarred by the Calamity and warped by vanity, the lady of House Dartancours has made a bargain with the voidsent--and lost her soul, as is so often the case with such sketchy arrangements. Now, her manor house is a lair to all manner of dark beings, and the elite band of Wood Wailers sent to purge them has failed to report back. A second try is now in the works.

Bosses

Manor Jester

During the Manor Jester boss fight, he will use a spell called Void Blizzard which not only damages players but also applies the debuff Slow. Healers should use Esuna to remove this debuff. Additionally, players should prioritize killing the adds that spawn and avoid the AoE ice patches created by the boss. These adds include the Manor Butler.

Ash

It is important for players who are not the tank to avoid standing in front of the boss to prevent its cleave attacks. They should always be prepared to move in order to dodge the glowing blue spirit cutters and steer clear of the swirling swords spawned by the boss. When the boss uses the ability called Abyssal Transfixion and applies the debuff Paralysis to a player, the healer should remove it as soon as possible. Additionally, when the boss summons an add, it should be prioritized and killed quickly.

Halicarnassus

In Haukke Manor (Hard), this fight is essentially a series of DPS races. Although the item level requirement is only 48, many players will surpass it due to Gear Sync, which ironically can cause issues with this fight. The boss, Halicarnassus, will use AoE spells Void Fire III and Dark Mist that cannot be stunned. She will also summon adds during the fight - first one, then two, and finally one. The Manor Sentry adds grant Halicarnassus immunity to stun/silence when absorbed, while the Manor Handmaidens add a Determination buff to her damage. Lady Amandine, the final boss from normal-mode Haukke Manor, is also an add. After a short time, Halicarnassus will cast a spell to absorb the add, and then cast the unavoidable spell "Blood Rain". The more health the add had when absorbed, the more damage Blood Rain will do, making each wave of adds a DPS race. When the Handmaidens are summoned, it's best to focus on one until it reaches zero health before Halicarnassus absorbs it. Otherwise, she will choose one at random, and if it's the Handmaiden with full health, it will wipe the group. The final add is Lady Amandine, and using a DPS Limit Break on her is recommended. If the party is significantly overgeared and burns Halicarnassus too quickly, she may instantly absorb Lady Amandine, potentially wiping the party. To prevent this, it's advised to keep Halicarnassus at around 35% until Amandine's health is depleted. Once the final add is dead, the tank should bring the boss to the center of the room. At 15% HP, she will use Beguiling Mist, which charms all players and causes them to walk towards her. She will target one player with Void Fire IV, repeating this three times. If she is not killed after the third Beguiling Mist, she will absorb a random party member and the resulting Blood Rain will wipe the group. This DPS race is easier than the add waves, but it's important to defeat her before the third Beguiling Mist.
